& Music
I am a Certified Public Librarian with 5 years of experience in Youth Services Librarianship. My focus is on bringing music and multi-cultural programming to youth services. My career has also brought me to the fields of childcare and music education.
I also have three years of experience teaching college philosophy. The common thread of my career thus far has been the joy I take in connecting people with information through curiosity and joy.
This page started as my MLIS Portfolio, and I will maintain it as a glimpse into my career and professional values.

PERSONAL MISSION
I am committed to a public librarianship that centers the whole patron, addressing their social, educational, and emotional needs. As library workers, we create spaces for patrons to connect, learn, and belong. As a Youth Services Librarian, I look to advance my mission by integrating diversity-driven social-emotional learning into the programming we offer to children and teens.
